Finally, basketball season is here

With Georgia football struggling to say the least is anyone else looking forward to basketball season starting on Friday? It is almost a sure bet that this years men’s team will be improved with more experience and better post play. Coach Dennis Felton said after the West Georgia exhibition game that freshmen Albert Jackson will make a big impact this season. Also Rashaad Singleton was 6-7 from the floor in that game. Obviously, West Georgia did not have size to compete with Georgia but it was still a nice start for the Bulldogs.. Can Georgia fans expect the twin towers of Singleton and Jackson to make a statement this season especially in the SEC?

Georgia’s first regular season game is home on Friday at 7:30.
